Day 3 - Pigeon Forge, TN - Robin gets a new sensor!

We had a great ride from Louisville, KY to Pigeon Forge, TN. 280 miles of great riding. However, after getting her it was time for Robin to get a new sensor. For those of you who don't know what I am talking about before we left I told Robin I needed two new sensors for the bike. She asked why and what kind of sensors? I had to confess (I just can't lie to her) that the $170.00 was for two "chrome" levers for the clutch and brake ... they were chrome sensors for my hand. So, tonight we went for a walk to the local Harley dealer and I bought a new seat for the bike. Very comfortable for me but very much wider and comfortable for her ... a new sensor for Robin. So, tomorrow we take on the Tail of the Dragon (http://www.tailofthedragon.com/) and I will have nice sensors for my hand and Robin will have a nicer sensor on her ...

Miss you all but wouldn't come back now unless we had to. And, Bobby, I have an idea in my head and just start writing. Once the pump is primed I usually can't stop. But the pump is just now getting primed.

OK, not trying to take over your blog - but, where is Pigeon Ford? DO you mean Pigeon FORGE? I thought Dan and I went there, and it was called Pigeon Forge. But, maybe I wasn't paying attention again.....

Robin made the change. You "S" people drive me nuts!! Also, tell Dan I shipped the old seat to your address via his name. It is not a new Harley ... just the old seat. Since the bike is a numbered bike the guy told me not to lose the seat.

OK - we will be waiting for the new Harley to accompany the seat.......
